Register Online
Complete our online registration form before your visit. It takes about 10 minutes and saves you filling out paperwork in the waiting room. You can also request your dental records from your previous dentist — we’ll handle the transfer for you.

Your First Appointment
We take the time to listen to your concerns, do a thorough examination (including X-rays if needed), and explain everything we find in plain English. No jargon, no pressure. Just a clear picture of where things stand.

Your Personalised Plan
If any treatment is needed, we give you a clear plan with honest pricing before anything starts. You decide what to do and when. We can prioritise what’s urgent and stage the rest to suit your budget and schedule.
What to Bring
A few things to have ready for your first visit.
Health Fund Card
If you have private health insurance, bring your card. We process claims on the spot so you only pay the gap — no forms, no waiting for reimbursement.
Medication List
A list of any medications you’re currently taking. This helps us ensure any treatment we provide is safe and doesn’t interact with your medication.
Previous Records (Optional)
If you have X-rays or records from your previous dentist, bring them along. Otherwise, we can request them on your behalf — just let us know on the registration form. Already registered? You can request a records transfer any time.

We’re a preferred provider with most major health funds and process your claim right here. You only pay the gap amount.
Interest-Free Payment Plans
Zip Pay and Zip Money let you spread the cost with no interest. Ask us about payment options at your visit — there’s always a way to make it work.
Child Dental Benefits Schedule
Eligible children aged 0-17 can access up to $1,095 in dental services over two years through the CDBS. We provide you with an invoice to claim from Medicare — making it easy to access your child’s dental benefits.

If you’re coming to Darwin from Katherine, Alice Springs, Nhulunbuy, Tennant Creek, or a remote community, we understand the logistics involved.
